Account suspended in 2021 - we have 200 points - how to re-activate?

Dear Support,

our account has been suspended 3 years ago due copyright issues. We wrote several appeals but the account kept suspended.

As we have a lawyer for copyright issues we sent in a new POA...rejected.

As we cant call the AHS (there is no call button!?)

Who can support us here?

How can we arrange a recall etc.?
