Amazon automatically added shipping fees on my Seller fulfilled offers
Hello Everyone!
A couple of weeks ago Ive decided to offer Seller fulfilled products again, after 6 months of only selling FBA... Although all my shipping templates are FREE of charge for domestic addresses, Amazon automatically added fees on those listings. I
ve tried to change the templates and researched for several days now without any luck. Ive seen that Amazon usually does that if the account is Personal, but I am selling for several years now as a Professional. I
ve opened a case with the support but for 2 weeks now I only received several emails saying that someone from the technical team is working on my issue.
Is there anyone who has faced the same issue?

Personal and professional are not the same as individual or professional
Are you paying the £30 a month professional selling plan ?
Seller_DROodOAYHftnc
Professional is the name of the selling plan, where you pay £30 a month fee, not an account type.
Presumably you have a Business seller account ?
If you are on the Pro plan, then you assign a shipping template to your items

you seem to have at least 2 different shipping templates there.
Have you double, and triple checked that you are applying the correct SKUS to the correct templates?

Are those not just the ‘non prime’ version of your prime templates?

I`ve tried all the templates, and even tried to create a completely new one, but it is still showing the same additional shipping fee. Very strange. I was offering all my products as seller fulfilled with the same templates last year without having any issues - now the situation is different.
@The_Little_Shop I tried the Prime template with Shipping Setting Automation that is applied at the moment too which offers free shipping to all prime customers, according to Amazon… I really hope I will receive an answer from Amazon soon.

Do you have prime on your buying account?
I have prime and see all your offers without additional postage
Seller_NoMNQDGnEW5Bx
I see that as having 2 offers, one is prime dispatched from Amazon at £5.49 and one is fbm not prime £1.99 + £4.01 delivery - no premium offers

If it was me I’d delete all shipping templates and start again, make sure one is working before I added more
how many SKU’s do you have? Might be easier to test 1 sku on one template, and when you have that working you can upload a flat file.
I would however assume if you go back to 1 template that all your skus would be on it? (I only have one so can’t test sorry)

I thought you werent allowed to do SFP and FBA with the same listings, is that the problem?
Seller_n14TaUw4i3BdW
probably, but I am planning to move all my offers to SFP and thats the reason why I was trying to do that. @Dedez I tried that - same results. It looks like I will have to wait for Amazon, but for the previous problem with my Small Business badge, I
ve had to wait 4 months… Hopefully, it will not be that long this time.
