Cost of Adverts
Hello, I have been charged for 15th Dec - 29th Dec £604.80 and again on this months open statement 29th Dec - OPEN another £445.66 which has now put our balance at -£360 is that right? It was our understanding that we got charged for once per month. The way we look at it is we get two payouts per month, one is with cost of adverts the other is without. We have had a very busy few days and that has just wiped us out. Please advise.
Thanks.

In my experience, I get charged when my balance reaches £600 and again if the month anniversary date has not been reached. In my case, it is the 2nd of the month. I then get charged whatever the balance is at the month anniversary.
So Amazon does not like me owing them more than £600. Other sellers with bigger budgets are likely to have higher maximums.
Ads are charged separately to other fees.

Ah ok, I see. Thank you for your quick reply. Do you think it is worth running adverts? Once I have spent my daily limit I still get orders.

No sellers with bigger budgets get charged when they reach £500 ad fees. It’s then billed with vat so making it £600. When you get charged mid month in can wipe out any available disbursement so trashing cashflow if your a fairly small seller. So now our max monthly budget is set at £500
