What a complete nightmare with absolutely no signs of resolution. To put this in to context, we sell wax melts. We've jumped through all the compliance hoops and uploaded relevant SDS's. We have been unable to send out stock in for four days. The product is not restricted and to put things into context, we are trying to send 30 units in - 1 Box - 30cms x 30cms x 30cms - 8KG! Not exactly a container or pallet!! Raised a case but have heard nothing back. Of all the times to restrict things - the final quarter of the year! Anyone got experience of this?
