I'm encountering error code 5885 while trying to list a product on Amazon. The error message states that I cannot modify the product detail page or add offers on another seller’s generic product. I've tried following Amazon's guidelines but am still facing issues. Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you resolve it?

I believe I’m compliant with Amazon’s policies, but I'm still unable to list the product. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I am trying to list an item without a product ID or GTIN. I selected the 'no Product ID' option on the Product details page, but when it gets to the 'Variations' page, it keeps asking for ID number for each variation added.

I am new to selling on Amazon (previously sold on Etsy) and I need help in uploading items that do not have an external product ID.

I sell home decor / accessories from wholesalers and from what I’ve read this can be excluded from external product IDs. But I have no idea of how to upload an item without the product ID. The forums just say follow the information on the listing but nothing comes up other than an error code.

Can someone please help me?!
