We've been selling on Amazon UK without issue for 2+ years. In January we received a message about a routine KYC check. After lots of back and forth with documents we suddenly got the dreaded message that our account had been suspended. 24hrs later it was de-activated. After escalating the matter and appealing the account was re-activated but our inventory is still stranded and our listings are not appearing in search. Under our Business Information section in settings there is a red exclamation mark and the message "Verification Failed We have failed to verify the information that you have provided. If you have further questions, please contact Seller Support/Selling Partner Support." We have tried contacting seller support as well as emailing the KYC team several times but each time we get an automated email back saying we can't open a seller account. Our business is owned by myself, my wife and an UK investor who holds 1/3rd of the shares via an overseas SPV. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
Are all 3 names on the account and have you been asked to verify them all?
@Sarah_Amzn@Winston_Amazon @Ezra_Amazon @Spencer_Amazon @Maja_Amazon @Ash_AMZ Could any of you help with this? We have tried escalating this every way possible. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
This sounds frustrating, have the kyc team said anything at all?
