After account reinstated how long for Account health to get back to 'good'?
I finally got my “Your Amazon account has been reinstated” email on the 23rd of December. Thank you to Amazon Account health team for accepting my POA.
Does anybody know what now happens re the Account Health status? It seems like every time they replied to my appeal the warning sent date would update to that date. So as you can see it still shows like a warning was sent on the 23rd. Also the account health status still shows ‘at risk’.
As I have now addressed all issues on the account I would hope to see the ‘at risk’ disappear soon, or am I looking at another 180 days of this warning remaining?
Anybody out there who has had this experience and can put my mind to rest?
