you can apply for Brand Approval as long as your products have your brand on them

As said by Littleshop.

As long as your products, or packaging have your brand on it you can get brand approval to sell that brand name. Just apply for brand approval and supply a photo of your product with the logo/brand

They are trying to stop 100s of people importing the same crap from China and saying its their own brand to have their own listing when its actually identical to the other 99 “branded” items

I suppose its hard for the robots to tell the difference between a genuine well known brand and a random brand that a seller has made just to sell on amazon

I have applied for TM now and have to wait 2 or 3 months now to get trademarked ,then only i can apply for brand registration on amazon, so now on a waiting game now

brand registry is not the same as brand approval.

Is your brand name anywhere on your product or packaging?

Brand name printed on product packaging and submitted to amazon for brand name approval to use in my listing.

Yeah that’s the standard “not permanently affixed” email.

Assuming you haven’t just printed out a sticker and stuck it on the box and it is permanently affixed then take a photo from various angles, I usually try to take one of the brand almost flat to prove it isn’t a sticker, hard to explain, but almost take a photo of the side of the brand where you would see the raised surface of a sticker to prove there isn’t one and its actually printed directly onto the box.
