Manage GPSR compliance with new detail page format
If you sell non-food products in our EU-based stores, you must comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) by December 13, 2024.
To manage your GPSR compliance requirements, we've added a Safety and Product Resources section in the product detail page:
- Your product images are now separate from the compliance-related images, documents, and information. This will showcase your marketing images and product information.
- You can easily check whether the necessary compliance information is submitted.
- The required compliance details are easy for customers to find.
If we become aware of noncompliant offers, such as those with invalid information or expired contracts, we will deactivate them.
We recommend that you prove your compliance now, before the busy holiday season.

As a reseller of branded goods, we have 2,700 listings for example in France which require information despite clothing not being hazardous in any way. None of the compliance types provided by Amazon have any relevance to the products.
Given that no brand I've spoken to has any idea about this and therefore cannot supply any further information, these regulations are impossible to comply to.
Where do we go from here?

Have to second this answer above and also say how woeful the guidance from AMZ is. There are far too many pages of guidance that guides nowhere. The HS Code tool does recognise my HS codes (84716060 being a prime example) and does not allow me to go further, or even confirm my products (Computer keyboards) are included.
We need a much simpler Guidance page that is idiot proof where I can input a product type, either from drop down menu that includes ALL the product types that are on AMZ where I can cross reference. I currently have AMZ telling me I am uncompliant yet does not allow me to investigate, apart from contacting known providors advertised.
Also here, none of the Brands I am in contact with, in EU or China, are aware of GPSR or GHS regs.

on the Add Compliance page, where you can upload 'Product Documents', 'Warning and Safety Images' or 'Attest to Product Safety'....
If I click Attest to Product Safety box, which says "Check “yes” if your product doesn’t have any warning and safety information, as it can be used safely and as intended without it." does this mean I don't have to upload any other documents to be GPSR ready ? Our product is a simple one piece injection moulded coat hook. It can be used safely and as intended.
Clarification on this is urgently needed if we are to continue selling in EU.

Do you have any idea when all the submitted images/files will be reviewed?
All ASINs have been 'under review' for several weeks, and I don't want to be told they are incorrect when I have 1,000+ ASINs

It says:
"Note: Inventory shipped to our fulfillment centers before December 13, 2024, can continue to be sold after that date, providing that the product detail page meets the requirements."
This is a very key promise by Amazon.
