Amazon keeps rejecting my genuine EPR numbers again for DE and FR
Details on LUCID and Citeo profiles are correct and the same as registered with Amazon
But, I get this message:
“The VAT or business ID and the legal name associated with this registration number do not match the information provided to Amazon.”
I did contact seller support many times and no help from them. I constantly get bot response
Anyone had the same problem and how to get these number finally done (verified)?

Are you ltd or sole trader ?
If sole trader, Are the EPR numbers in your name or storename ?

I have the same problem, to try to resolve this I changed my ‘Producer Data’ on Lucid to be my name, (rather than my ‘store name’ on Amazon) as I guessed this might have been the reason for rejection thinking Amazon could not match up my details on file with Lucid, however, after re-submitting I get the same message…
Looks like I’m going to lose the ability to sell on France and Germany…

I have same problem. I have exactly same information in lucid and amazon. And my erp number is invalid.
I checked carefully front store pages of other amazon sellers in amazon.de and found that all of them have business information in section “Impressum & Info zum Verkäufer” (eng. Detailed Seller Information). And I can edit this section. Maybe it is the source of problem?
Moreover, I submitted my erp number in early march and I received information that my German ERP number is verified (on 29.03.22). Then, on 3.05.22, I received information that status of my ERP number just changed for invalid. And I didn’t change anything in neither my amazon account or lucid.

Same problem here. Keep getting “The VAT or business ID and the legal name associated with this registration number do not match the information provided to Amazon.” But all my details are the same. I’ve sent Amazon a screenshot of my Amazon account, a screenshot of my registration entry on the Lucid register, and a letter from HMRC with my Unique Tax Payer Reference number (which Amazon and Lucid have). All details identical. Been waiting for a response for a few days. Amazon really have to worst customer support. For one of the richest companies in the world they should be ashamed of how they treat us sellers.

Same. Tried numerous permutations of all the different fields. All keep getting rejected and even tagging forum mods, gets nowhere.
There are many other threads. Issue all seem to be with sole traders.

I’ve still had zero response from seller support on this. Seriously, Amazon has the worst customer support in the world. They just don’t care that us sole traders are losing all our sales in Germany.

Not just sole traders.
We’re a limited company but our Lucid registration is being rejected in the same manner. We don’t advertise directly on Amazon.de and only have a small number of German orders via Amazon UK so not a disaster, but it really doesn’t make any sense. Our Amazon business information and Lucid registration data is identical.
