FBM Fees - free shipping or charge shipping
If you are selling a book fbm (shipped by merchant) what would the Amazon fees be for the following 2 scenarios?
1 - Sold for $14 with free shipping included
2 - Sold for $10 + $4 shipping

Amazon's fees are based on the total amount, so no difference.
