Help!! Selling application request approval: "We are not accepting applications to sell" - Product unlisted incorrectly! (Grocery)

Hi there,

I have been selling a herbal tea on Amazon UK for 3 years now, with no issues and a good track record. Because of the success I even launched in France a couple of months ago.

However all of a sudden last night I noticed I now have a product that is "Unlisted" and suddenly "requires approval to sell." This happened initially for the UK listing and then for my France listing as well.

I had already requested approval for both markets when initially listing the ASIN, but understand if you need to routinely update your records - however, much to my dismay, when trying to "Request Approval," I am displayed this alarming message:

We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other product(s)

Other Grocery category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)

Can you please help? I don't understand this message as it's a New product - not Used! Seller Central has gotten back to me with the response that I need to keep 'continually checking' to see if they are accepting applications, but I believe this is not correct (am on the phone with them too now and they aren't very helpful).
