DX Freight - problems with VTR
Hello,
We use DX Freight for our larger items on merchant fulfillment and these are integrated with Amazon, however, we have now noticed due to the new VTR rules that these deliveries are all failing valid tracking.
Does anyone else use DX and are having the same issue?

Yes we have the same issue,
I have seen this from the VTR FAQ pages.
My package has tracking but is showing up in my Valid Tracking Report as lacking valid tracking information. What should I do?.
The tracking number and carrier name are correct, but you used an unsupported carrier, (or a shipping product that is not integrated with Amazon yet) which we cannot verify and so will not count toward your Valid Tracking Rate metric.
I think this is where we are falling into some kind of hole as we have an un integrated shipping product.
But as we both know it is so far a neagtive impact to VTR.
My question is how do we input the information when shipping the item so that amazon will notice that we should be exempt and it not causing problems after 30 days
the only options on the drop downs are dx freight, dx courier, dx secure, other.
Do we use other or duplicate DX freight?

Hello,
DX says to use DX Freight and DX Secure.
We are still having problems as we do not do this manually but have integrated software that does this for us but it comes up as the software provider and not DX as the courier…
