Cannot open Store amazon message " No products listed. If you recently linked products"
Hi there,
I have had my brand accepted and registered with Amazon and actively selling on Amazons main platform. I have 6 items in total.
I wanted to set a Store up that is connect to my brand via the sellers central account. However I keep getting this message (Even after 2 weeks of waiting)
“No products listed. If you recently linked products, it may take up to 72 hours to take effect. Please contact customer support if you need further assistance.”
I contacted amazon on the link and they got back and said to wait 7 working days for them to fix this as they can see my brand is approved and need to investigate why I am still getting this error.
Has anyone else experienced this? How was it resolved?

Hi, I have exactly the same problem, I was accepted for Brand Registry on Feb 8th, but had no tools available, and sales stopped.
SS asked me to up-load an inventory form, but my products were then moved into an incorrect category.
I have been constantly in touch with support since, they have moved my products back to the correct category (but not fixed the spreadsheet) - I now seem to have access to A+ and brand ads, brand analytics only sort of works, but no products linked in my store.
I keep getting messages saying ‘we are sorry you are disappointed with this decision’ !
I have lost about 6 weeks of sales and my ranking has tanked after spending hundreds on PPC.
Any one got a clue as to how to fix this?

I do not know if you guys solved the problem but here is what happened with me. Had my brand registered with Amazon and had no access to A+ and store. So after multiple emails, one of the seller support rep. finally explained to me the path to take. which I did and then had my listings on A+.
Go to seller central => Inventory=> Click Add products via Upload. Then new page will open and you will see different tabs about file uploading downloading etc.
- On the new page select the tab “Download an Inventory File”
Then it will open selected tab and you will see 3 steps to download a file. (here you are going to download an excel file and based on your selection on step one, it will have reference for related category reference number pre-filled)
Step1: Choose product classifier; Choose the exact category that your product is listed already
Step2: Choose the marketplace(s) you would like to do product upload via file
Step3: Select the Advanced or Custom file type. Difference is Advance file is having all details and custom file is letting you choose the attributes you would like to use/upload/update. I have selected Advanced to have all cells ready.
Then click to ‘generate template’ button and your file will be ready for download.
when you have the file, you need to put all details about your product, make sure you have all asin, ski, ean, qty details etc to be on the safe side. So everything you will on seller central when you create listing, here you do same with the excel file. So do not make mistake. After filling up all the data, you will go to the same “Add products Via Upload” page and select Upload Your Inventory File tab. There, click to upload file, select the excel file and start to upload. When it is done, it will give you a reference number which will be emailed to you as well. Once upload is done, open a case with seller support, say you have uploaded your products with inventory file, here is the reference number, please provide access for A+. Then after a few days you can have access.
Remember: Do not enter wrong SKU or ASIN number, everything should match exactly with your current listing. Otherwise you will have wrong data and more trouble with the listing.
Also my advice is, check youtube and Amazon help page about how to upload product via file on amazon. I watched several youtube videos, step by step, when I was ok, then i started to process. because excel file has tons of cells, it looks complicated in the beginning till you figure out what to do. So make sure you know what you are doing. This was my experience, may work or not work with you, cannot confirm it of course. Good luck.
