How do I remove Hermes from my shipping options when booking in my labels through Amazon

When booking in my orders through Amazon each morning, my list of options default to the courier Hermes over The Royal Mail on each and every line, so I have to firstly change every single sale to the Royal Mail each and every morning, which you wouldn’t mind if you indeed had a Hermes account, which we don’t.
How do I save myself from having to do this each and every morning? ideally I would love to find out how to remove Hermes as a shipping option full stop and save hours over the week, I’m dreading the Christmas peak if I can’t find an answer…
