Disbursment not acknowledged by bank

Good Afternoon,

Has anyone elese had any issues with any payments not acknowledged by the bank? As you can see, discbursements afterwards have gone through and have been received by myself also

This is still showing as not aknowledged by the bank, im not sure where to turn? Amazon have opened a case which has now been open for 4 days without any reply??
