Orders not showing up in seller central or the app

I have received an email that I have an order

I go into Seller central to ship . Does not show up.

Refresh window . No show
Check the dates and filters. Still no show .
Crtl + F5 . No show

Reboot computer. Nothing doing

I get my business phone out.

I see Seller central App sent a notification of the order.

I open the App no order. Check the filters everything is good. But order is not showing up.

Anyone else having this issue ?:dog:

Hope my comment against Amazon’s performance or my emoticon don’t contradict the new guidelines. If I’m suspended for 1-30 days, that may be the casue

Same here, we’ve received multiple emails of orders, but none of them show up on our seller page. Also we purchased shipping this morning for 8 orders, but they still are showing as unshipped. So hopefully they will fix this soon!

I was just on the phone with seller central for an hour with this issue. They were acting like I didn’t know how to ship my orders and wanted me to manually confirm all of them. When I got transferred to the third person things started moving, but not everything is showing shipped yet. I also have a ton of orders in pending.

There have been reports of some areas having issues with the system updating when a shipping label is purchased and/or entered. With your mention of an issue on just seeing an order that should be there, we speculate that an update and/or change is occurring through out the system and some areas are effected as their area node is propagated with the update and/or change.

We have not experienced either issue (yet) so it has either passed us or is on the way. (?)

My order from earlier that . Did not get marked as shipped. Is now showing shipped.

I have received a total of 5 orders. Via email

I now have 2 of them showing in the system as unshipped
1 showing pending
An 2 invisible

Looks like things are stabilizing :dog:

Although things are not working as intended, nothing may be broken.

The entire back end of this system is made of queued transactions. Each order is multiple transactions to the system, and the processing of any transaction may be delayed without data loss.

Often system maintenance or upgrades or partial outages will delay some activities for some or all users, when the issue causing the delay is cleared, the transaction will complete.
