Good Friday being treated as a postal day - FBM
We have Good Friday set up as a bank holiday in our general holiday settings. We only offer 1 and 2 day premium shipping. I noticed this morning for a few orders (2 day) placed this morning is showing as delivery for Good Friday (3rd April). We have RM tracked 48 as the service. We always use T24 anyway so they'll be deliered tomorrow (thursday) anyway. But my concern is that if Amazon aren't treating Good Friday as a non-postal day then tomorrow when we receive 1-Day orders they'll be expected to be delivered on Good Friday which is impossible. Am I missing something? Is RM now treating Good Friday as postal days?

Thanks for posting this! I wouldn't have expected it otherwise until I got an order I couldn't deliver on time.
I'm seeing the same issue with Royal Mail Tracked 24 as my Standard Shipping, SSA-enabled option - just to confirm that it's not the One Day/Two Day Premium Shipping overriding this. Easter Monday was also showing as a delivery day.
I changed my handling time as the quickest way to (over)compensate, but it's not ideal.

@Indy_Amazon
We are having the same, just 1 example, Order No:
202-7590609-3391531
Ordered 1 April, after hours, shows to send by 2 April, on RM Tracked 24. But estimated delivery on Good Friday, which is shown on the list as a Bank Holiday (Public Holiday, so closed).
Amazon bodge up, to count against all Sellers, yet again.

It looks like Amazon has forced Shipping Setting Automation on us again.
I've attempted to turn it off (again) but I'm not sure it's worked...

Same issue but with both RM and DPD - same happened last year, its so rediculous.
They have Good Friday on the holidays? Does not make any sense

We've just received an order (after hours Thursday) that has to be shipped tomorrow, Good Friday. Our couriers do not collect on Good Friday, so what are we to do?

Now Bank Holiday Monday is a delivery day as well - so if you post on Saturday, it shows Bank Holiday Monday as a delivery day!
I assume that they are making Amazon own couriers work over all the Easter holiday, hence down as delivery days?
It seems Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Bank Holiday Monday are down as holidays on the Amazon system, but only for days to send items.
Clearly Amazon yet again bodged up and missed the fact that Good Friday and Bank Holiday Monday are non-delivery days for all normal couriers like Evri, Royal Mail, DPD, etc.

I was coming on to ask about this. I've got some SFP showing as despatch Saturday deliver Monday.
My couriers are Royal Mail and very occasionally Evri. I'm only getting an option for Evri shipping who wouldn't likely deliver until Wednesday. RM would at least deliver on Tuesday.

Hello @ The_Whistling_Wren,
Thank you for reaching out to Forums about your Good Friday delivery concerns.
I can see you've set Good Friday as a bank holiday in your general holiday settings, and you're concerned about delivery promises showing for that date with your Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.
To help investigate this further, could you please provide your Seller Support case ID if you've already reached out to them about this issue? If you haven't opened a case yet, I recommend doing so with specific order IDs showing the Good Friday delivery dates. This will help the team review whether the holiday calendar is being properly applied to your delivery promise calculations.
Once you share your case ID, I can help determine the best path forward for resolving this delivery promise issue.

I Can see Easter Monday has also been included as a delivery day depsite the holiday list clearly showing both are Bank Holidays which has now impacted our ODR massively!

I opened a case but they replied saying 'don't worry they will drop off you account soon'.
They clearly don't mind about the panic I have every time I see the banner saying your account is at risk of deactivation!
