Orders returned from Germany due to Missing or Deficient CN22 ( We do use a CN22 Sticker )

Hi All,

We have had serval orders returned to us from Germany due to " Missing or Deficient CN22/23 or EAD (ITMATT)

We send all our orders with a CN22 sticker completed with all the details needed , is anyone else having the same issue or know what we can do to prevent this happening again?

It probably means the electronic data. How are you purchasing the postage for these shipments?

Are you providing an IOSS number, your EORI number, the country of origin, and the HS Code for the product?

It’s as PeterB says, you need to be submitting your customs information electronically as well.
