Local Seller Vs Global Seller -
To The Team:
As a local merchant in KSA, I have one very important worry. We import goods as sellers from China, the USA, and India, although some products are prohibited from export due to their country of origin.
In this case, the seller who operates as a global seller is not affected by this.
Give me a quick example. I sell things in Saudi Arabia, while another seller is based in India.
The same vendor supplies both of us with goods, and the vendor can issue an invoice in the name of the Indian seller, but not to the seller from Saudi Arabia.
I have now established a procurement company in India under a different name from my seller. Going forward, the Indian seller will be approved to sell the product provided he has a legitimate invoice; however, the KSA seller's invoice and appeal will be denied if the store name does not match.
I've now received an authenticty complaint, and I'm not sure what to do to clarify that the product is real. When I try to submit the invoice, it gets rejected because the store name does not match.
What should I do as a Saudi Arabian local vendor and why am I treated differently than global sellers?
regards,
