Provide country of origin
Hi all,
I had this a few weeks ago and went through all my listings to check country of origin was correct.
Today it has appeared again.
Is there anyway to check these easily? other than going through each item.
thank you

You can ask Not Seller Support to allow the category listings report in inventory reports, and then download the Excel, update, and upload again which is fine for the UK. Doesnt work for EU marketplaces though.

This is annoying me a little. In the past month I had 2 emails and a banner on my home page saying my selling privileges were restricted until I confirmed I would fix it by the 31st December.
There is still over 3 months to the deadline so this hard pushing of get it done now is annoying. Tell us now and remind us in December is fine.
Also there is no real penalty for not doing it just that your items can't be sent out of the UK. This may result in a slight decrease in orders but not much.
If they could just provide a list of ASIN's that don't have the country code that would help a lot, reduce our work and help us comply. I really can't see what is so difficult about giving us some help here.

Seller support directly sent me an email which was in my case log.
I went back asking for a list of ASIN's and they provided the ones with missing COO.
However, I did change the ASIN's they asked for but I'm still receiving emails stating I have products with no COO and this morning had a big banner on my home page saying I needed to "acknowledge" to reactive my account.
I don't really appreciate them adding this banner - it's just confusing as my account is 100% healthy.

There is a video on youtube with how to check which products are missing COO and how to add the country of origin in bulk, also the file you need.
Search on youtube

I hope this helps?

I raised a query with Amazon regarding this. I did as requested, and it seems to have fixed the issue. This is what Amazon said:
Hello from Amazon Selling Partner Support,
I understand that you contacted us regarding list of the ASIN's that are missing Country of Origin.
To review the list of your SKUs that are missing COO, download the Category Listing Report (CLR). You can download the CLR by following the steps below:
1) Go to Reports and select Inventory Reports from the menu bar in Seller Central.
2) Select Category Listing Report under the available options.
3) Ensure to set Select Status Filter as All to include all products.
4 Click on Request Report to download a report.
5) COO information can be found in different columns depending on the report type and categories. You can search with the keyword "Country or Origin".
If you believe all ASINs in the Category Listing Report have Country or Origin, we request that you perform a full update using feed files.
This will ensure that the catalog information is refreshed and the correct data is reflecting on your listings.
After performing a full update the system will take 24 hours to reflect the new information.

COO information is only necessary for cross-border transactions, why is Amazon forcing every seller to do this if even they don't want to export? I have asked seller support but they don't want to respond. Very annoying.
