Items returned by Amazon with parts missing
Today we have received two items back from Amazon (customer returns) both items have parts missing and were not sent to the customer this way.
Has anyone else had this problem with buyers returning items back with parts missing?

We have this all the time, every week atleast 5/6 orders returned back from FBA from customers, missing half the order. I’ve tried to discuss this with Amazon but as usual, nothing they can do apparently! They seem to make it as hard as possible.

It’s so frustrating as we now have stock with missing parts that we can’t do anything with! I tried to raise a case log with Amazon but there’s never any simple answer. Interesting to see its not only us who’s having this issue.

Not just you, we get items missing parts, wrecked by attempted fitting, even occasionally run over by a steamroller. We write it off as the cost of doing business, what else can we do?
