Has anyone else noticed the brand names on their listings changing over the last 2 weeks? It started off with a couple of listings being rebranded Erkic, then yesterday it was 76 of my listiings rebranded Erkic, several rebranded GONDMAX and today some of the listings that had been rebranded Erkic had changed to PIROIT overnight. I am the only seller on the listings, so no one else is selling the items. The only common denominator is all the listings have positive feedback on them and I have several thousand listings with no feedback whatsoever, so that is not a coincidence. When I click on the 3 new brand names Erkic, Gondmax and Piroit, they are a collection of listings from hundreds of different sellers from alcohol to t-shirts and everything in between. Have I missed something that everyone else knew about or is it just the bots experimenting? It wouldn't make much difference if it wasn't for the fact I can no longer edit some of my own listings despite being the manufacturer and the only seller? Is anyone else noticing their brand names changing?

post.its happened to me, it was a nightmare getting it resolved, I was told that amazon now allow ai ocr to scan main picture listings and match a registered brand from it's database, it's making a right mess of it, amazon's initial response was we can't change or correct the error!

i have 96 listings that have now gone into my seller accounts metrics as being miss use of brand name , and are at risk of being or have already been de activated for miss use of brand name .
there is an edit button on the side of each , but , guess what , I am not allowed to edit the listing and of course once a listing is created , you are not allowed to change a brand name !

Hi Julia,
after copying and pasting the now 87 (and rising each day)of my listings that have changed to Brand Erkic, Amazon would not let me send them to you, I was getting the message it 'contains inappropriate language' when I was trying to send you the Asin numbers that have changed to Erkic. I did explain the situation to customer support a few days ago, but they did not understand and sent me a message completely unassociated to the problem CASE 10989909512. The brand Erkic seems to be spreading at an enormous rate although they do not seem to sell on any of the listings, they have changed to Brand Erkic. It is all extremely strange. Many thanks in advance for any help you can give.

I think I am quite lucky as I only have one (I have not raised a case yet in case more arrived)

However I do have extra description added to the title which does not make sense for the product. The asin is B0B4PFSJ48 The title is now showing

The Description should end at Off White. The rest 1" thick etc should not be there and I cannot change it.

Also Julia_Amzn, many of the listings under Brand Erkic are items only sold by Amazon, which makes me believe it is a problem with the Amazon bots, as I do not believe anyone could possibly change the brand name on Amazon's own listings to Brand Erkic. Many thanks in advance for any help you can give.

the only thing that has changed is the Brand name to Erkic, yesterday it was 87 of my listings, but today it seems to be down to 70 listings. This is an example Asin B09WSWSYVM, changed from my brand to Erkic (along with 69 other listings), but I am still the only seller. Under Brand Erkic, there are also many items sold and dispatched by Amazon, where Amazon are the only seller, so I assume it must be Amazon that is changing the Brand name, I just cannot understand why. Brand Erkic seems to be hundreds of different sellers, but Erkic doesn't seem to sell anything (it seems to be just a brand name that is rebranding hundreds of other seller's listings, if that makes sense). The only difference it makes is that the actual sellers of the rebranded items, like myself can no longer edit their own listings.

it is happening every day Julia I have more that now need deleted as if I do not it then effect my account health and I start receiving threats from Amazon
In the past I spent months trying to get them fixed but your system then deemed there were not being addressed and my account went from 288 down to 66 that is when the health account support said the only way to fix it would be to delete and accept responsibility even though I was not responsible
