Late Shipping rate issue because of royal mail
Hi everyone,
I have a late shipping rate because Royal Mail have been so useless recently. They also delivered one of the packages into someone’s safe place which as per their request was their blue recycling bin. The bin was then collected and I had an A-Z claim against me. Totally not my fault yet I am penalised. How do I actually get to explain this to Amazon and not a bot! So frustrating.

which metric is actually impacted?
Because late shipping sounds closest to the metric that rates how quickly YOU despatch items

I checked with our team and your late dispatch rate is fine. If you have an AtoZ claim you do not agree with, please appeal the decision. If that appeal is also denied, raise a follow up case with Seller Support and share that case ID with me. I will look into it.
