Customer accidently left a negative feedback & amazon not removing it.

Hi @Sakura_Amazon_ @Sarah_Amzn @Julia_Amzn — we need help with a feedback issue.

Case ID: 10988596572

Order ID: 026-7921537-1831558

Item was delivered on March 8, 2025, at 10:47 AM with proof of delivery (photo + signature) submitted to Amazon.

The customer never contacted us, didn’t request a refund, nor claimed non-delivery — this strongly suggests the negative feedback was left by mistake.

Despite providing all evidence, Amazon hasn’t removed the feedback. We kindly request your assistance in resolving this.

Thank you so much for your support!

Kind regards,

Anthony

Same issue here with my case 11044490272 regarding order 026-2839595-2651538.

Can you please help?

Guess this is due to Amazon messages sent to customers 'your item may be lost' or sth.

Have you all above tried to contact the buyer? If you are unable to reopened the case, please try again contacting the buyer. If you are able to reopened the case please provide proof of delivery and asked Amazon to reconsider the decision

It used to be the case you can email the md email and they would remove it.

Especially give customer has in writing said they can't, don't know how to remove it.

They make it so easy for a customer to leave but harder to remove.

Bit unfair.
