I would like to bring your attention on the matter that i have created Individual selling account on amazon but due to any technical issue the account has been converted a Professional Selling account.
and my credit card has been charged $39.99
I hereby request you to that please downgrade my account from professional to individual and refund $39.99 in to my account
This is NOT Amazon you are speaking to, we are all just other sellers on the forum. Professional is not the name of the account, but the selling PLAN you signed up for. It is NOT a technical issue, but when you clicked on the orange 'Sign Up' button it automatically enrols you in the professional selling plan. Once your account is fully verified you can then open a case with seller support and request a refund of the unused fee, by going to your account info - selling on Amazon and clicking on the individual button.
