We send shipments from Poland to UK FBA by DHL. I have VAT registered in UK. We ship as Polish VAT ID -> UK VAT ID company with FBA delivery address.

Do I need to fill EIN number in each shipment? Or pick option 2 (the shipment has not import record)?

I am looking to start selling on Amazon UK using FBA , and I would like to know if I need to be VAT registered for this .

I am a UK resident and planning to import goods from China in order to sell via FBA.

I have not yet sold anything and not registered as a company , I am planning to sell as an individual.

Can you please advise on whether I would need to register for VAT , and whether there's a possibility for Amazon to manage the VAT services for me ( I am very new to all this so still trying to understand how I can leverage Amazon services to make my life easier).

If selling via my own branded and manufactured products through FBA only in the UK store (as a UK Ltd). Does a product need to have a EU Responsible person / authorised representative (AR)?

If selling via FBA the product is available for sale in Northern Ireland so potentially all FBA items sold on amazon.co.uk will need a EU representative - even if not directly offered into the EU.

This is from the Amazon GPSR policy: "The GPSR will not apply in Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales). It will, however, apply in Northern Ireland, under the Northern Ireland Protocol."

Therefore do all products sold on Amazon UK via FBA need a EU AR?
