MCF Order no tracking
Opened a case with SS, MCF order shows delivered, but customer says it has not been delivered. I believe the customer as I have spoken to them. SS say we do not offer a POD service. Goods gone, had to issue a refund. I am constantly pointed to their "policy" stating that if it shows as delivered it is delivered. How does that compare to the A2Z claims?
Has anyone looked at Amazon's Trustpilot rating recently?

if your metrics could take it, should have let it go to A-Z, that way you can at least have evidence in small claims that Amazon are both stating the parcel has and has not arrived. They’d then need to decide which one is correct. If it has you should be reimbursed for the refund, if it hasn’t you should be reimbursed for the loss.
However I don’t think it’s by design, I just think it’s a case of too many systems and metrics being designed separately which just leads to general incompetence.
