How to remove negative reviews on listing because of Highjacker's fake/counterfeit products

Just wandering if any one can guide me.

For nearly 2 years we have 2 of our listings ( one with 456 reviews and the other with 168 reviews and both items on the first page in amazon search ) highjacked by 2 different Chinese Suppliers and both having their registered office in the UK. So many times over the year I have sent them emails, called them, sent messages through their amazon store etc etc but they took no notice. They became so fearless that now they both are having stock in the amazon warehouse in the UK and selling as Prime. I basically gave up and ended up competing with them on my own listing !.

Last month, we have finally registered our brand with amazon. I have applied for amazon project zero and waiting to hear from brand registry.

Because of Highjackers fake/substandard item, we have received negative reviews on both items.

Is it possible to get the negative reviews removed ? Should I apply now for it to be removed or shall I wait for the Hijackers to get removed from the listings then get the reviews removed.
What reason shall I give to amazon for removing the negative reviews ?

Send official cease and desist letters to them at both physical and electronic addresses. It should be an official legal document signed and dated.
C&D letter doesn’t work with Chinese hijackers,(most of the time) they are ruthless.
Here’s a bright idea
File a complaint with the Amazon Brand registry, log into your Brand Registry account.
Click :arrow_right: Support:arrow_right: IP Violation:arrow_right: Type affected ASIN, report that seller
You will have to gather your evidence — which means actually purchasing the product from the offending seller — document all the ways in which it is counterfeit and deceitful and submit it to Amazon.

Be as thorough as possible here, with as many photos and detailed references as you can collect to compare your product to a counterfeit version. Keep in mind that Amazon wants to protect its customer experience as much as possible. If it’s clear that the counterfeit will result in unhappy customers, you need to always mention that the item sold by the hijacker is inferior and dangerous to the Amazon customer. they will take action.
Do it multiple times if you have to. (try on the phone or open case multiple times)

Control price to win the buy box every hour if you have to. Make sure your price is constantly at least $0.01 cent below their price every single hour.

Focus on removing the hijacker, The hijacker can seriously affect your account health one of the main problems (other than you losing sales) is you don’t know what product they are selling?! Could be your product or couldn’t be… and if it’s the super crappy product and results in bad reviews > you get those bad reviews.

No, you won’t get the reviews removed now. The ASINs are as they are. You have no way to prove retrospectively that the the reviews pertain to fake products. The only defence is to proactively stop fakers selling on your listing in the first place.

You’ll either need to put up with the bad reviews and let better new reviews eventually drown them out, or create new listings from scratch on the basis that you now have a registered brand.
