I get these too. Indeed the other day I had someone brazen enough to call me & said “It’s amazon here, we’ve noticed some suspicious activity on your account so it is now blocked - I’m going to send you a text…which will walk you though unblocking your account” …the text he sent was just like the one you mention.
I don’t see what getting my login details wins them…to login, they’d still need the code …which only gets sent to my phone.
Edit - doh, just realised…they instantly use my login details…which generates an activation code text to my phone…their scam phishing server then prompts for the activation code I was sent - voila they’re in.

Had the similar thing this morning Guy said l needed to update my Bank IBAN code as it was out of date. Guy knew both my phone numbers, my bank and that l had requested a disbursement two hours earlier! How?
Called Seller Central who advised no one from Amazon called & there was no notifications on my account that it was under review. It was was in perfect health.
Just put phone down its a scam.
Be suspicious - always.
