Rocker Pizza Cutters - Defined as a knife?
Does anyone have any experience with pizza cutters and whether they need flagging as a blade? They're 20" long stainless steel with a bevelled edge, which I guess is technically a blade, but they're so curved that they can't be a weapon, and they're a very common catering tool.
I'd rather not get stuck in the compliance-hell that comes with restricted items, so if anyone knows whether they're required to have a flag, I'd really appreciate it!

I would say yes.
One aspect of the law states...
Items likely to be age-restricted:
any kitchen knife regardless of size or design

Not. We are already doing it without any restriction.

if your listing is blocked i would recommend you add the 18flag and also create a new listing where you do not mention that there is a blade so that the bots don't pick up on it.
We had to 18flag scrapers because it said 'blade' in the description. even though the scrapers had a square edge and could not cut.this killed the listings.we created new listings without the word 'blade' in the description.all is good years later...
