Royal mail labels printing Huge
Royal Mail labels bought through Amazon are now printing Huge, like EVRI ones were a couple of years ago through Amazon Print connect. Packing slips are fine and as expected.
P.S just noticed some other posts where others are experiencing problems.
Can this be looked into?

P.S.S Just had another order, that needs Royal Mail Postage. So until this is fixed I'm reduced to sticking a stamp on it.

Yes, this came in seven days ago. Nobody at Amazon has any explanation for it.

Hello @IMPISHODES,
Thank you for flagging this, and apologies for the inconvenience.
This is a known issue related to a recent change in how Royal Mail labels are generated through Buy Shipping. Our technical team is actively working on a fix. While I don't have a specific timeline to share yet, please know this is being prioritised.
In the meantime, as a workaround, you may want to try adjusting your printer scaling settings to "Fit to Page" or reducing the print scale percentage when printing the label — this may help get the label to a usable size until the fix is deployed.
For general guidance on printing shipping labels, you can refer to this help page.

I am also once again getting the oversized 'click & drop' style labels using Buy Shipping.
I found a workaround by using the print dialogue box in my browser (Firefox) to resize them in portrait rather than landscape. I am currently printing them at 85% but I think 90% will still allow me to print four to an A4 page.
