How do I report a buyer for attempting to claim a £900 empty box scam
Hi
Hoping to get attention of the mods on the forum, I caught a buyer in the process of trying to scam us on a £900 high value order. seller support are useless - sorry but they are.
I would like the dialogue between us and the buyer reviewed as its clear of day we were about to be victim to a scam and now the buyer got caught out that the box wasn't empty on delivery he has admitted the goods were there and now is setting up the conversation that there is problems with the item...this all sounds very much like the buyer had no intent of actually paying for the item and now is caught out and didn't get a free product is laying the ground work to return it..
Sick to death of crap like this on Amazon. Can the mods please investigate if I give you the order ID? Currently no A to Z or no return request, but feel one is coming for sure...
