Request a review

I have MFN. My understanding is Amazon sends out automated request a review of FBA orders. Since, mine doesnot fall in that category, I should be able to ask for reviews myself. But everytime, am trying to click the Request a REview tab, it pops up a message that am not eligible. Anyone has any insight as to how to gather reviews from Customers?
