How to get customer invoices of archived orders? (orders older than 2 years ago) [Urgent]

Hello everyone,

I am doing my tax declaration for 2022. Unfortunately, I cannot access my selling invoices (as Pdf with customer info, like normal invoices of Amazon) from 01/01 - 11/07/2022

Is there any way that I can get these missing invoices? I don't run my store anymore (my account was deactivated), then I cannot contact Amazon support

Please help me

Thank you, highly appreciate that

Best regards

Hello @Seller_3rvkMYFKb5wR9,

as per guidance from the Archived Orders reports page, it is not possible to get the report including customer info or invoices:

"Archived orders do not contain buyers’ personally identifiable information such as their name, phone number, address, or gift message."

I am not aware of any way to get these older selling invoices. Do the other sellers here have an idea?

Best,

Emma

Yes.

Amazon has to keep these records for 10 years and is legally required to have them accessible at any time (though for german tax authorites only).

I'd guess a friendly letter to their headoffice should be good enough.

(And I'm still wondering, why they hide all these vital business infos from the sellers' accounts. But then Amazon creates, modifies and deletes business contracts as well, so maybe Amazon Germany is exempt from all EU regulations....)
