Read onlyI have been trying for the longest now to reactivate my account. I am required to upload some personal information to confirm my identity but the page I get directed to won't allow me to upload and submit documents for verification. Every time I try contacting seller support I get an automated response telling me I must reactivate my account first to get response. I have found myself trapped in this cycle that just keeps taking me back to the same place. I have now decided to close the account and even doing that brings me back to the same page. Has anyone else ever had this issue?
Unfortunately it is not possible to close an account that is deactivated. The only way to close is by getting it activated and then closing.
Why was your account deactivated?, or was this a new account that had never been verified ?
