Struggling to Enrol Brand with Amazon
Hi Guys, can anyone help please i have a registered trademark and unable to enrol my brand not a clue why but Amazon keeps rejecting for different reasons. Eventhough there is no difference in the brand image and the product packaging i am submitting to them exactly the same image and logo which i submitted and got approved with UKIPO. Can any one help please

They are possibly getting confused because you have 3 trademark images so theyre looking at the wrong one.
On another note, I dont know if its changed now, but they didnt used to accept logo stickers as branding on packaging, the logo had to be permanently on there (embossed, printed etc)

When we got Brand Registry, we had to use a word mark, not logos.
