Amazon deleting Parent ASIN's and adding incorrect Child ASIN's

Hello,

I’m looking for a bit of advice/help please.

In the last 72 hours Amazon have deleted one of my parent ASIN’s and put Child SKU’s on the wrong parent.

You can clearly see the issue by looking at the following links:

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07SJ65L3L?ref=myi_title_dp - 12 child ASIN’s from another parent have been added randomly and is not good for the customer as they are different products with different specs.

https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07YNT8RT5?ref=myi_title_dp - Should be on parent ASIN B07SJ65L3L, but has been taken off.

The examples below have been been scattered because Amazon delated my parent ASIN.

Plus many more.

I have opened multiple cases now trying to get this resolved. We are the only sellers of the products and have the stock at FBA which is causing a huge sales loss.

We keep getting automated responses about using variation wizard to re-merge the listings, but we can’t get anything done due to errors because child ASIN’s are on the wrong parents etc.

Has anybody any experience or tips on getting these listings re-instated? Also any idea why this would happen to our listings? It’s not the first time this has happened.

Thanks

Check your listings people!
Just received a policy warning, regarding incorrect Parent and Child ASIN relations.
However, it seems that Amazon has done a major boo-boo this time.

Warning provided for parent ASIN: BOXXXXXXXX

According to inventory report provided by Amazon on 23rd of May, this ASIN is registered in my inventory as:
SKU: 0U-A742-OXWR, ASIN: BOXXXXXXXX, Listing ID: 0603U5YSVPO, Listing Creation date: XX

Inventory report on 4th of May:
SKU: 0U-A742-OXWR, ASIN: BOYYYYYYYY, Listing ID: 0603U5YSVPO, Listing Creation date: XX
As a proper parent listing, with all child listings.
Between these 2 dates, we have not deleted or created any listings.
Account has not been compromised.
Now the tough part is to prove the seller support, that Amazon has screwed our listings(at least 1), and has incorrectly assigned a policy violation to our account…

Is it even possible to change ASIN to an existing SKU?

Could that be a cause of their search not working couple of days ago?
