Amazon enrolls items for Free Returns, when we have opted out

we are registered as "I want to offer Free Returns for none of my items"

however some of our items are still listed by Amazon as Free Returns.

we understand clothing items can be exempt for free returns, but our items are not clothing.

we spent 3 hours chatting with Seller Support and they provided zero assistance.

here is an example B00VVZBPH0 of item Amazon lists as Free Returns which should not be.

can a mod please advise how do we get our Free Returns removed from a listing where it is listed by Amazon in error?

thankyou

Hello @Seller_M3psQMeKmMYkT- thank you for ensuring this question was surfaced here on the seller forums.

I am glad to see you are already engaged with @Joey_Amazonvia this thread highlighting your concern with "the incorrect Free Returns status that Amazon has wrongly put on our listings".

Please know that our Community Guidelines do not allow for the same issue to span numerous posts, so I will need to close this thread as a duplicate, but please do look to the prior thread if any further support is needed. You may also find value in reviewing our help page content on Free returns for seller-fulfilled orders, which includes free returns settings information.

I appreciate your understanding!

-Danny
