Reporting another seller
Does anyone know how to actually report another seller for violating Amazons policies? Got a seller who keeps knocking my listing off ofr trademark infringement - each time appeals reinstates my listing as I have my own brand registered with the IPO. Spoke to SS in Ireland and he said there is no real process for this despite the Amazon selling policies saying you cannot attack another selelr for your own gain (or words to that effect) Could do the email to MD and have a case ongoing but - is there any process known or form to fill out. The bots delist my listing as the complaint is made once a human looks at it the item is relisted. Issue is keeps my listing off for a period of days at a time - already engaged in a court case with the other seller. None of the forms suggested by SS are actually applicable. Obviously when you expalin the situation to SS they get the issue but we are dealing with process driven systems which, if you do not fit, you cannot make headway. There usually is a way by shear persistance but has anyone ever reported another seller for unfair practices and got somewhere. We were brand registered by Amazon somehow manged to disconnect us from it so are trying to get it reconnected - classic just when you needed it. The other seller is only effecting one ASIN not our entire range/ account/brand

Do you have the contact info. for the other seller?
If so go see a solictor and get them to sort it for you. Probably only way TBH to end it.

Thanks already a long way down that route. Amazon has its own seller policies which we believe they are in breach of. Raised it as part of our appeal within Amazon + separate case within Amazon.
