Can I create a campaign with an individual account?
i have an individual account and i want to create a campaign for my product. Is that possible?

I assume you mean an ad campaign on Amazon.
No, Amazon advertising is limited to those with professional accounts. Further, not all items / categories allow advertising. Even with a pro account.
