Unable to verify supplier on claim?
So, recently, someone claimed “inauthentic” towards a product, from time to time this happens, we understand that.
However, we purchase everything direct from the manufacturers, and have invoices to prove it. We’ve received two in-authenticity claims in the past 3 years on products from this manufacturer. On each of those occasions we’ve provided the invoicing for the products in question, and everything was reinstated. No problem.
This time, however, we just received an email stating that Amazon was “unable to verify the supplier” and can’t accept the invoice ?
I don’t understand how, or why? The invoices all have the company’s stamped seal on them, each product has a verification / authenticity code on them so they could easily go with a bin check to verify an item against the company website…
This has never been an issue in the past? Why is the invoice being denied all of a sudden? Company is trademarked in most major countries and all… I don’t understand what more I could do? Or change? Doesn’t seem like someone on the other end did much “verifying”

Can you resubmit the same invoice and hope that the rejection isn’t bot driven so that a sensible person can see the invoice, check it if necessary and approve you?
You might have been unlucky first time of asking

Amazon normally uses this response when they attempt to contact the supplier by phone or try checking out the company’s website and it doesn’t work.
If they already said that the decision is final, sending them any additional documents wouldn’t be a good idea.

Same thing happened to us. Amazon closed our account. Had to pay to get all stock back and they kept all our sales balance remaining. A joke.
