Amazon is requesting we upload the following information to the Detail Page to unblock a supplement ASIN:

• The name and UK established address of the food business operator under whose name the food is marketed.

This is a 'Chicken and Egg' situation because we can't edit the listing until it is unblocked, but we can't unblock it until we edit it...

Has anyone managed to overcome this?

I have reported a branded product that is listed as generic. I received this reply:

In order to provide you the correct resolution, we request you to provide us an elaborative description, conform did you want to update the brand name. We request you to take this extra step and provide the information needed, so that we can provide you the best solution of your query.

What am I supposed to do? My brain switched off after elaborative description, it might be the heat or the fact that I don't have a PhD, but I am puzzled by this.

I want to report violation - branded products listed as generic ( to eliminate competitors who cannot add product)

I'm tired of nonsense robotic answers from seller support

which type of violation I must choose from the abuses columns( I'm not the right's owner, I just want fair trade)
