No. First of all, what you're asking about is called Online Arbitrage (OA). Amazon will catch you and your account will be suspended or closed. You must have valid invoices (not receipts) for the items you sell. You may also need a Letter of Authorization (LOA) from the brand giving you permission to sell on Amazon.

Now to answer the other part of your question...if you were to have someone else send inventory to fBA, how would Amazon know it's yours? The items need to have an FNSKU label on them as well as shipping plan labels on the incoming box. That's not something that another random website will be able to do for you.
