Blanket Additional Insured is Rejected

My insurance is being rejected. The Accord document clearly lists Amazon.com etc as additional insured with a Waiver of Subrogation, which they didn’t even ask for…

Blanket Additional Insured and Waiver of Subrogation on a Primary and Non-Contributory basis is provided for Amazon.com Services LLC and its affiliates and assignees where required by written contract with respect to the General Liability Policy.

How can I get a human to read and accept this policy?

Amazon required the full name and address they provided to be on the policy. Also make sure that the additional insured column is checked on the form.
