Product Expiration Type Error - How to fix it?
Hi,
I’m selling dietary supplements.
Each product has expiration date.
When I try to edit product listing, I see error in “product expiration type” field, saying: The value specified is invalid.
My option for this field was: 1) Expiration Date Required: The expiration date is printed on product packaging.
Other options:
- Does Not Expire
- Expiration On Package
- Production Date Required
- Shelf Life
When I ship products to FBA, normaly I have to enter expiration date for each FNSKU.
Now I have to edit this field and the only option is accepted as valid: Does Not Expire - which is not correct for my product.
How to fix this error?

Hi active-sp
Have you have marked yes for the “Is Product Expirable” attribute
Because if you select No for it, then the Product Expiration Type attribute offers only one option - “Does Not Expire” in the drop-down field.
