Unsubscription Request for Germany Amazon VAT Services was not processed
Dear all, I hope all is fine.
I filled the form to unsubscribe VAT services from Taxually (which is an Amazon VAT Service Provider) only for Germany. My responses were recorded under ResponseID: R_20V9N80aXg40nmF and I received a confirmation email. Please also see below confirmation email.
My unsubscription request should have been already processed by now as it is almost the end of the following month in which I submitted this request. But I sitll have not received any confirmation as to my request being fully processed and I am afraid my old tax agent Taxually will keep submitting tax returns while my new agent has already taken up this role. This will create duplicate VAT filings and fines.
On the other hand, I no longer see Germany on the VAT page.
I warned Taxually that their PoA is revoked for Germany. But they do not seem to confirm the same.
I do not know what to do right now. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

as Taxually is a third party service, Amazon cannot help you with this. I'd suggest to also get in contact with your new agent and Taxually to resolve this issue directly.
