Verification Process Is Impossible! I Get No Help!

Hi,

It has been a few months since I last listed any products on my business seller account and stayed inactive. I recently decided to list my new products as I had been prepared for, but all of a sudden, I realized it was deactivated due to inactivity.

I knew what to do; I followed the steps. Account Info -> Reactive Account (in red color) -> Edit Information (after checking the primary contact information AND business information)

It's almost the step to start submitting documents, but I keep receiving this message:

We cannot process your request

You are currently undergoing another verification. Please retry once the verification is completed.

However, I never get a chance to verify this account. How is there already an ongoing verification process? I don't understand how this is happening!

However, when I contacted support, they transferred me to a related department. That department responded to me via e-mail. And it's almost like they did not even read what my main concern was. They again kept sharing links and instructions on how to submit documents.

Today is probably the tenth day I have written the same thing repeatedly to that team, and each time I reach out to them, I receive the same response.

I even tried to upload my documents on Amazon Help under the related CASE ID.

It's like a loop, and Amazon almost doesn't want me to be part of this seller community. This is what made me start thinking.

I don't understand why they don't say it openly.

Can anyone here please and finally help me verifying my account?

Also, I have a quick question since I have kept repeating that even tho I am following the required steps and using all the shared links, I am still receiving the same message (which is,'' I'm still going through a verification process, etc.'') What's the point of sending me the same helpless response?
