We are contacting you because you are listing product(s) that is not in compliance with Amazon’s Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy

Hi

Received this notification but it doesn’t mention any listings-

We are contacting you because you are listing product(s) that is not in compliance with Amazon’s Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy.

Why did this happen?
Your offers on certain ASIN(s) have been removed due to violation(s) of the Amazon Marketplace Fair Pricing Policy (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G5TUVJKZHUVMN77V).

We’re here to help.
The price per unit cannot be significantly higher than recent prices offered on or off Amazon.

How do I reactivate my listings?
Within the next 24 hours, please review your other listings in the Inventory section of Seller Central to make sure that they follow our policies (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201186860).

Please review your listings in the Inventory section of Seller Central to make sure that they follow our policies (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/201186860).

You can view your account performance (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?reftag=email_warn) or select Account Health on the home screen of the Amazon Seller app on your iOS or Android device. The Account Health dashboard shows how well your account is performing against the performance metrics and policies required to sell on Amazon."

Any advise what we should do? We do not inflate prices on any items.

Check on Account health you will see them under Listing Policy Violations

We have 10 of them removed which really annoying as bots failed to notice that these are multiple quantity listings and works out much cheaper for single units which are currently on sale on amazon, we have raised the case with amazon so far no response.

Have you checked your inventory for inactive listings?

Was this on UK as we have had the same on FR on 3x ASINs that have been unchanged in price for years and are if anything slightly below the average market value. The bots are running wild seeking out price gaugers and pulling down perfectly compliant listings

Getting this a lot on France, all wrong. Amazon gone nuts. It’s just a way to supress your listings so they can scoop up what little sales are left.

They are doing this on loads of listings, and most don’t show in fix price alerts list either, just a load more crap from Amazon using this to try and bully sellers into selling at a price lower than what they can make any money on, happening time after time on listing after listing, when you are a small business all this Amazon horse manure is just too much to deal with, I would need to spend weeks of my time sorting all this crud out.
Seller (no) help ‘I see that the listings with ASINs: and are deactivated because Amazon has detected that the listing may have potential pricing errors. In the past, Amazon relied on minimum and maximum prices set by the Seller to detect issues with potential pricing errors. However, as per a recent update, Amazon will have their own threshold and requirements.’ = horse manure bully you into selling at this stupid price or we won’t let you sell.

Status of the reason has now changed to “Price Gauging” on AMZ FR. A Kindle case where the price was lowered by a couple of euros 2 months ago, an RFID card holder with minor change a month ago and a phone case where the price hasnt changed in ages. ADMIN ARE YOU NOT READING THESE THREADS, THE BOTS HAVE TAKEN OVER AND WILL SUSPEND ALL SELLERS

I wanted to purchase my usual Genuine HP 304 XL Inkjet Cartridges on Amazon which are generally around £19.00 for Black and £23.00 for Tricolour.
I was both amazed and disappointed to discover that ALL AMAZON SELLERS had at least DOUBLED their prices of these items and some Sellers even more!!!
I have been Selling on Amazon for over a decade and I have NEVER increased my prices at Peak Trading Times
For Sellers to take advantage of COVID-19 in this fashion is absolutely diabolical and Amazon should take appropriate action and Suspend their Accounts
