FAQ for Vine enrollment
Can I unenroll items from Vine if I choose? It seems really lame that they would prevent you from being able to increase or decrease the number of vine reviews/ sales you want. Since when has amazon ever said, "No! you can't pay us more for something."?

Hello @Seller_kZvm6BR3doXxX- appreciate you looking to the forums for some insight on this. You'll be interested in this FAQ, which shares the following information for cancelling an enrollment:
"Can I cancel an enrollment?
You can cancel an enrollment if none of the items have been claimed by Voices. If at least one item has been claimed by a Voice, the enrollment can only be stopped. Stopping the enrollment will ensure no additional unit will be claimed by Vine Voices but it does not guarantee reviews will not be published.
To cancel your Vine enrollment, access your Vine application in Seller Central then click Cancel or Stop.
Note: Each ASIN can only be enrolled in Vine once in that ASIN’s lifetime and you won't be able to re-enroll the ASIN with claimed units after cancelling its enrollment."
